I am a woman who has decided to no longer disclose her age. Yes, I'm not only getting "up there" in years, but it's rather painful when a friend emails me every year and says, "Umm, you just had a birthday, you should change your age on your website." Then again, I suppose age is also a sign of wisdom in many cases. Either way, I'll refrain from putting mine here.

American I am, yes, yes. I am one of the very fortunate people who get to travel, work in other countries, and currently reside in Kuwait. However, I still have a home in the states so I reside there as well.

I enjoy meeting new people, understanding different cultures, learning new languages (yet mastering none), and trying new and silly things. I am a firm believer in being happy, and bringing as much joy to those around you as possible.
I don't believe negativity is required for any reason at all in this life, and I do my best to avoid it. (I'm not perfect, I whine from time to time like everyone else)

Animals and human rights are great passions of mine. I believe every animal deserves love, kindness, and a good home. And every bedoun deserves human rights and citizenship. In some ways I suppose I'm amazed at how neither of these things have come to be.

In many ways I'm a typical woman. I'm a mother, a daughter, a friend, and I love shoes!
